Who we are
Pro-Tech Roofline ("we", "us") is a roofing business based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. You can contact us on 07455 021010 (Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm).
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the type of work you need, your preferred timeframe and any message you add. We also record how you found us (for example, an online advert) so we know which advertising works.
How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about your enquiry, arrange your free roof inspection, send your written quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Who handles it
Our marketing partner, We Rank Trades, manages this website and our online advertising on our behalf and helps deliver your enquiry to us. They act only on our instructions. We use standard business tools (such as email, SMS and a form service, Web3Forms) to receive enquiries. We never sell your details or share them with other businesses for their own marketing.
Advertising and cookies
This page uses Google Ads tags to measure when someone who clicked one of our adverts makes an enquiry or calls us. This helps us see which adverts are useful. You can manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
How long we keep it
If you don't go ahead with work, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months and then delete it. If we carry out work for you, we keep the records we need for guarantees, accounting and legal reasons for as long as those obligations last.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
